Earlier this year, I started taking analog photos, and a few months ago,I also bought a vintage Super 8 film camera. I’ve seen such beautiful analog film clips — I’m totally obsessed!I really wanted to get started with it myself and see what it brings. You have to be very deliberate about which moments you want to capture.You load a cassette, and each cassette only holds 3 minutes of film.

Old cars, quiet streets,kids dressed in adorable outfits — or little rascals — playing freely outside. I really have a thing for it. Nostalgia. Of course, back then it probably didn’t feel all that charming — so it’s a bit of a romanticized idea, I know.But somehow, the photos from those times feel so much richer in atmosphere.More mysterious. More beautiful colors, too.

Each book is filled with all kinds of adventures. Some to do as a family, others just the two of us.
